REFUND POLICY FOR COUNSELLING SERVICES
I value your commitment to your counseling journey and strive to provide the best possible support. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients effectively, please review my refund policy below:
24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with more than 24 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund or can be applied as a credit towards a future session.
NONATTENDANCE AND LATE CANCELLATIONS:
If you do not attend your scheduled session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at my discretion.
